LITTLE DONKEY.

Featuring the navy blazer that I cannot seem to separate myself from. It is comfortable and makes me feel grown up - I realise that I'm nearly 20 but I still feel about 16. I also decided to paint my nails orange, which turned out better than I thought it would. My mum's face when she saw them on the other hand was quite a picture of shock and slight horror.
Okay, so I realise that it is the middle of November but I feel as though I am starting to freak out about buying Christmas gifts. Usually, I'm all ready for December 25th in the middle of September but this year... Nothing so far. I have made a list of idea's I have had for presents so that's a start. Maybe I'll do a spot of shopping next week. I'm one of those people who gets an immense sense of fulfilment when buying things for others (as well as myself!). My parents have started putting up the Christmas decorations in the house and unfortunatley, every time my Grandma visits with her husband (a.k.a Scrooge) all we get is "Stupid" oh and the infamous "What do you want do be believing in this for". We have a sneaking suspicion he's Santa reincarnated ;)

SLEEPLESS NIGHTS.

New shoes and lace leggings :)
I bought them even though I couldn't afford them, and I know you're 'supposed' to say that money can't buy you happiness... Well lets just say that I believe a new pair of shoes can. I think it was the soft suede that won me over in the end and ofcourse the fact that they had my size on the shelf and once I placed one on my foot... The next thing I knew I was at the till handing over the money for them (beaming with joy).
I've had this denim shirt (Topshop) for months and have only ever worn it once before, I quickly discovered that I had no idea why after seeing how great it looked with a white vest underneath.I always get compliments when I wear certain shades of blue - something about my eyes being blue and me blonde hair?. But anyway, I find it comfortable and I'm really struggling not to buy a black biker style jacket to wear ontop of it (I give it two weeks!).
I went out to lunch with a friend yesterday and spent the afternoon taking pictures of her for her facebook profile. I stil haven't had the courage to ask someone to take my pictures for me (as you can probably tell by the poor photography skills!) but I'm sure I'll find someone eventually.
I'll be spending my evening with my boyfriend, which means us going to bed early with the intention of getting 'a good nights sleep' and result in us spending hours laying there chatting. I believe that there is a certain understanding between a couple that if one of you hasn't fallen asleep within the first ten minutes, the other is obligated to wake up and talk to you until you fall asleep - Craig is perfect at this.
Oh, and before I forget, I've joined Bloglovin' so come and see me there :)

A WOMAN'S RIGHT TO SHOES.

I decided to treat myself to a new ring and believe it or not, it's bright red
(I just felt drawn to black and white photo, a little too close I feel).
I had the idea to sort through my shoes this week - 100 pairs in counting - and after hours yesterday and finding tonnes that I had forgotten that I had even purchased I made the decision to have a rest day today.
It's absolutely freeeezing in the house and as I type this my Ugg boots are keeping my feet toasty, my fingers however, are like little ice cubes. Although I hate this cold British November weather, it has given me the chance to wear my hot pink jacket that was given to me as a gift two years ago (up until this point I have admittedly been a little too self conscious to wear it). It keeps me so warm whilst brightening my day when it's dark here at 4.00pm(!).
Even though I was having a 'rest day' today I did sort through my collections of cd's and dvd's. What a task that was! I found cd's that were from so long ago that I dare not name them. I seem to have forgotten how to use my cd's as now I automatically reach for my Ipod's (a.k.a Poddy and Dean. Some may say sad, I say I don't care).
Undecided about what to do with the rest of my week. I'm fighting the strong urge to go shopping, so far 2 days in... But I'll keep you posted =)
